Since 2008, founding attorney Amanda Reid has committed her legal career to helping individuals and families in Fredericksburg and the surrounding communities facing challenging family law and juvenile criminal defense matters.
Primarily focusing on divorce, custody, visitation, support and adoption, and other facets of family law, she is frequently appointed by the courts as a guardian ad litem to represent the best interests of children in custody cases, social services matters and other litigation.
Amanda Reid graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law before establishing the law office of Amanda Anne Reid, PLC. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association (Domestic Relations Section) and the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association (Family Law and Guardian Ad Litem sections).
President of the Fredericksburg chapter of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association and a member of Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (Family Law Section), she is also an active Fredericksburg community member.
